Flexible Documentation

Flexible — as in ‘document how you like to’

No structured dictation..ever! With v6, you choose how you want to document!  You want to say ‘Impression’, instead of ‘Assessment’… go ahead!  You want say ‘Lab Data’… go ahead! v6 has advanced tools that allows physicians to continue to document the way they like (dictation and handwriting) without having to change the words that they say.

Structured Dictation is akin to typing into the EHR. The chances of getting a physician to say “Assessment” instead of “Impression” if that’s what they have always said, are, well, pretty low. The chances of getting them to say “Results” instead of “Lab Data” are even lower. But in the new interoperable world of CDA that is exactly what is going to be needed for facilities to get structured data from unstructured notes — unless, of course, you use v6!

v6 has advanced tools to map ‘physician speak’ to ‘CDA speak’ which allows documentation to continue business-as-usual.

Your documentation + v6 = WINNER!

v6 provides flexible documentation conversion for a rather inflexible user base.
